Rain with Strong Winds in Parts of Jakarta This Afternoon

The Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expected rain with lightning and strong wind in parts of Jakarta on Wednesday (3/16).

Rain will fall with lightning and strong winds in short duration in West, East, and South Jakarta

"Rain will fall with lightning and strong winds in short duration in West, East, and South Jakarta from noon to late afternoon," as quoted from BMKG's official website today.

In the afternoon, light rain will fall in West, Central, North Jakarta; thunderstorms in South and East Jakarta; and cloudy in Thousand Islands.

BMKG Expects Thunderstorm in Several Regions of Jakarta

At night, light rain will fall in Central, South, East, and North Jakarta, while West Jakarta and Thousand Islands will be cloudy.

Then at tomorrow's dawn, light rain will fall in Thousand Islands, while other areas will be cloudy.

Today's temperature could reach 24-31 degrees Celsius with humidity 70-100 percent.
